We are happy to advise you on issues pertaining to intellectual property. That includes copyright, trademark and design protection as well as preventing unfair competition.

Foreign companies and their branches in Austria are the main focus of our advisory and representation services. In this area, Dr. Michael Meyenburg supports his clients in particular while founding their companies and when facing issues surrounding trade law, licences and the enforcement or rejection of claims.

We can provide you with comprehensive advice about legal issues surrounding production rules, food labelling, production processes as well as the marketing of foodstuffs.
